What We Build

The Full Range of Software a Business Runs On.

Tekavra builds web apps and SaaS platforms, the operations systems and CRMs behind them, AI wired into real work, and hand-coded sites, storefronts, and mobile apps — all designed and coded by hand, no templates, no black boxes. Every capability below is a system we’ve built and shipped to production, not a line item on paper.

  1. Custom Software & SaaS

The full application your business runs on — architected, hand-coded, and yours. Full-stack builds on modern, high-performance infrastructure, plus standalone SaaS products with multi-user access and subscription billing engineered to operate as products in their own right. The language and platform are chosen to fit the project — not the other way around.

    Shipped, in production

    • Tradegate — a trust-marketplace platform: authentication, matching, and transaction flows built from the ground up.
    • Hearth — a cross-platform household app: one shared codebase for iOS and Android, subscription tiers, released through TestFlight and the App Store, with native device integration — health data, location and geofencing, and offline-first sync.
    • Our own multi-provider AI image-generation API: infrastructure we run in-house, serving multiple downstream products.
    • A member-account platform: metered access, self-serve subscriptions, and calendar auto-sync.
  2. Operations Systems & CRM-Behind-the-Site

A public-facing website with a private operations layer underneath — lead tracking, client records, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting consolidated into a single system instead of five disconnected subscriptions. We map your actual process first — how a lead becomes a customer, how a job moves from intake to invoice — then build the software around it.

    Shipped, in production

    • Enterprise Software Rebuild — a full Zoho One replacement: CRM, invoicing, project tracking, and recurring-revenue management rebuilt as one custom platform they own outright, delivered in phases so daily operations never stopped.
    • Clarity Counts — a bookkeeping-firm CRM: client onboarding, document flow, and financial reporting in one place.

For e-commerce, the same architecture applies directly — a storefront on the front end and a true operations backend behind it (order management, fulfillment status, customer accounts, reorder logic, inventory) in place of a stack of disconnected SaaS subscriptions.

  3. AI, Built In

Practical AI wired into real work — built into the product, not bolted on as an external widget. And when the use case calls for it, custom agents and automations built from the ground up to remove specific, recurring manual work. Any task done the same way on a recurring basis is a candidate for automation.

    Shipped, in production

    • In-dashboard AI generation: business users generate on-brand imagery and copy variants without leaving their own platform.
    • Embedded site assistants: chat trained on the business’s own information, answering visitor questions in real time and in its voice.
    • Automated social pipelines: content generation and publishing straight to Facebook and Instagram.
    • A real-estate lead assistant that qualifies and routes incoming leads automatically — plus custom agents and intelligence systems that ingest data from multiple sources and surface what matters without manual review.
  4. Web Design & Commerce

Hand-coded custom sites that load fast and convert — and the payment and commerce infrastructure behind them. Web design stays a core craft here: not a template dressed up, but a site architected for how you actually work, wired to real accounts, real billing, and a real operations backend.

    Shipped, in production

    • Hand-coded sites for local businesses — Radiant Light Studios, Seminole Handyman Pros, and New Leaf Cleaning across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay.
    • Payments infrastructure: Stripe and processor-neutral integrations, with subscription and recurring-billing logic.
    • Self-serve customer accounts with premium-tier access gating.
    • A storefront with a real operations backend behind it — order management, fulfillment tracking, and customer lifecycle, not a plugin stack held together with tape.
