Enterprise Software Rebuild

An AV & security company ran its entire business on Zoho One — a stack of monthly subscriptions that never quite fit how the company actually worked.

The Problem: CRM, invoicing, project tracking, and recurring-revenue management were split across Zoho One’s tangle of tools — rented monthly, loosely connected, and shaped for the software, not the business.
What We Built: A single custom platform that replaces the entire Zoho One stack — delivered in phases, sequenced so each one went live without disrupting a single day of operations.
The Outcome: One system the company owns outright, engineered around its real workflow — CRM, invoicing, project tracking, and recurring revenue consolidated where five subscriptions used to be.

Built: A trust-marketplace platform from the ground up — authentication, matching, and transaction flows, all hand-coded.
Outcome: A full multi-user platform architected as a product in its own right, not a one-off site.
